I felt numb, invisible—even in my own marriage.
The only affection I received was from my daughters, and during the early years of motherhood, I told myself that was enough.
But eventually, the disconnection caught up with me.
A breakdown during a family vacation cracked me open—and what followed was the beginning of a sacred journey back to myself.
What started with confusion (“Harness your goddess energy? What the f*ck does that even mean?”) led me to years of deep exploration, education, and inner work.
Today, I walk beside women and groups ready to return home to their bodies, their sensuality, and their inner fire.
